To better reflect Pulse Labs’ evolving platform and product suite, I led the redesign of the company’s marketing website. The updated design emphasizes clarity, modern aesthetics, and a cohesive brand voice that aligns with our new offerings. The site showcases the full breadth of the platform—surveys, interviews, in-app feedback, and participant sourcing—while making it easy for prospective customers to explore features and request demos. By pairing a clean visual system with purposeful content strategy, the redesign elevated our brand presence, improved usability, and positioned Pulse Labs as a trusted partner in product research.
To support the company’s growth and brand consistency, I designed Pulse Labs business cards that reflect the clean, modern identity of the organization. The layout emphasizes clarity and professionalism with bold typography, the signature orange mark, and a scannable QR code for quick digital access. These cards serve as a tangible extension of the brand, making a strong first impression while staying aligned with the broader design system.
As remote work became a staple of modern collaboration, Pulse Labs needed a way to ensure a consistent and professional brand presence in every virtual meeting. I designed a suite of company-branded video call backgrounds for employees to use across platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Meet. The designs balance clean minimalism with the recognizable Pulse Labs brand identity, making virtual interactions feel polished while reinforcing company culture. These backgrounds are easy to use, adaptable for different settings, and provide a unified look across the organization.
The Pulse Labs evaluation platform is for user researchers, designers, product owners, and any other stakeholder trying to understand the performance of their products. After all the quantitative and qualitative research has been captured. The platform evaluates the results, providing scorecard metrics for all quantifiable data points while surfacing the most interesting qualitative responses. Ultimately, making it easy to identify research findings to share and track. Evaluation even works overtime across studies or through platform comparisons.
The Pulse Labs mobile app allows study participants to perform a number of actions. In addition to managing their account, they can view their tasks, enrolled studies, and even payment history. The app's primary function is to support automotive research studies by connecting to an external camera to record the participants completing tasks. Additionally, the app supports device screen recording, and on device camera recording to allow for even more types of study data it can capture.
