I led the design of the Pulse Voices mobile app, the participant-facing companion to the Pulse Labs research platform. Voices enables participants to seamlessly take part in interviews, surveys, evaluations, and observational studies—all from one intuitive interface. The app emphasizes ease of use, privacy, and reliability, ensuring participants can share authentic feedback in real-world contexts. By extending the Pulse Labs brand and design system into a mobile experience, the Voices app completes the end-to-end ecosystem for human-centered product research.

Mobile App

Lead Designer

The Pulse Labs mobile app allows study participants to perform a number of actions. In addition to managing their account, they can view their tasks, enrolled studies, and even payment history. The app's primary function is to support automotive research studies by connecting to an external camera to record the participants completing tasks. Additionally, the app supports device screen recording, and on device camera recording to allow for even more types of study data it can capture.
